XM Supported Living focuses on creating brighter futures for young people by providing supported housing, providing a safe place for young people to live, learn and make their transition to independent adulthood. We ensure our supported is delivered according to the personal needs of the young person through a person-centred care/support plan. We undertake a complete assessment for each young person to determine their abilities to provide an individual plan to develop independence, access further learning and to support young people to reach their goals and aspirations as they prepare for adult living.
